Thank you Shelley for your reflections and gratitude.  I identify with
your writing in this note.

We have just returned from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia for the
annual ICA Summer Gathering where we made some significant decisions.
Our Vision now reads "Catalysing new thinking and practice in
individuals and organisations toward an authentically sustainable
society."
