Dear Don

Thank you this is the first time i have seen a number. ICA USA is in
debt by approximately $4 million dollars plus or minus the values of
assets. $4 million in debt plus an inability by the board or staff to
shift the patterns of the past 15 years instilled the panic which led
the board to let everyone go.

Now that the dust has cleared a bit and the board has figured out a way
out of debt or manage it they are asking all the players both staff and
movement to come back together in October to decide how to move forward.

Is this a clear statement of the current situation?

With respect, Larry
