In an e-mail from colleagues Ginny and Bill Reece, we learned that Galaxy
pastor and colleague
Ed Taylor (now in Indianapolis)  died this past week. The info here is from
Ginny's mail to us.   Ed's health deteriorated this year from the blood
disease he has had for some time.  Doctors were unable to do a needed heart
procedure some months ago due to his condition and he had to be hospitalized
several times.  However, he rallied, was able to go home and had about 5
weeks of feeling quite a bit better--even able to leave the house for a few
hours at a time.  Then he became ill on Tuesday evening and entered the
hospital during the night and was there when he died on Friday, June 29.  
 
Three of their children--Bryce, Brad, and Brenda are with Margaret.  Becky
(who lives in Italy) and Ben (on the East Coast) are making arrangements to
come to Indianapolis.

metaylorin at sbcglobal.net    Ed's Memorial Service is Thursday, July 5 at 10
am.  It will be at their church and I don't know the name of it.(Contact
John and Anita Gibson for church name and location.)   Ed was pastor at
Bethany Christian Church in Tulsa OK and we think that's where they were
part of LCX.  
 
Bill and Ginny will be staying with John and Anita Gibson July 3 until they
fly home on July 7.  Also staying there (from July 3-6) will be Don &
Marileen Johnson and Bud & Jan Ames. 

Perhaps others will add to this data.   We celebrate the life of this one
who journeyed with us in the Local Church Experiment and in spreading the
Word of Possibility about life.
