[Oe List ...] ICA US Objective data

Dear Don

I appreciate the data whether the number 4 million is accurate or not -
if you do not have money or an effective way to change the pattern that
is creating the debt any amount of debt can be terrifying. I do find it
ironic that the leadership (defined as those with the power the shut it
down) are the only people who have not lost their positions in this
transition. If your scenario is correct that the board had not been
able to limit the losses for 15 years and have continually made
decisions or supported decisions that kept the losses coming. So what
is their plan to deal with this fire, those who are working and ask
others to take their places who have less experience and no continuity.
This is an interesting methodology, it has been tried by many other
companies and most have failed.

On the other hand since the board has been decisionally impotent for 15
years according to your estimation, perhaps its forcing anyone who
actually wants to do anything missional to do it without the ICA
structure is the best strategy. It has certainly stimulated a lot of
creativity and participation in this conversation. The board has not
tried to enforce their ownership and control of the legacy, so perhaps
this is the most effective and therefore best real strategy to set the
ICA/OE/EI USA forces loose on the world.

With respect, Larry
