[Oe List ...] {Disarmed} ICA./EI Board of Directors accountability

My understanding, from attorney Kirk Harris, former interim executive director, is that both organizations are functioning separately with identical board members. My impression is that the Ecumenical Institute continues to exist as an entity primarily to be the owner of 4750 Sharidan Road. I know of no separate program activity or annual report.
   
  It's interesting to note that you can go on-line and see both organizations' federal tax exempt organization annual information returns (Forms 990) with the IRS. This info is to facilitate "public oversight of charities." Which suggests, to me at least, that there's an appropriate role for the public to play in holding charities accountable.
