I am heartened by all the foregoing conversation about salvaging our  legacy. 
 A piece of information that could be helpful is that this month  the Phoenix 
property was sold.  They were asking a million and a half  dollars but I have 
no final details on the sale.  This year ICA was also  given a piece of 
property in Riverside, CA to sell for a donation.  I have  no details on that.  
Kathleen Joyce told the ToP Trainers the following  last month: "We are excited 
to share with you the Good News from our accountants  regarding the ICA/EI 
Audit Review!  Clifton and Gunderson (12th largest US  CPA firm) last week gave us 
an excellent review in all areas.  We are  financially sound with procedures 
that meet or exceed all areas of GAP for  nonprofits."
 
All this information points to the possibility that the Board certainly has  
the resources to fund some respectable salaries to do this work.  Since the  
Legacy Project is something they say they are interested in, this bears some
