[Oe List ...] a mysterious 4-quadrant model

Hello folks.

A mysterious model was uploaded to the <oecommunity.grouphum.com> web site
and attached to the posting of George Walter's board image of our time 'in
diaspora.'

I've attached the mystery image. Could whatever good soul posted it say a
word about what it's about, i.e., propos what conversation or intention?
