[Oe List ...] wedgeblade portal goes live

Oh boy, at last a portal! I've always needed one of those when in great pain and restlessness. A portal leading into an other world and memories of another time and place.

I have changed things so that http://wedgeblade.net now goes directly 
to the Portal page.

The OE/EI/ICA Repository has not gone away; you can access it via the 
top link on the portal, or by clicking "Main" on the left sidebar. Or 
if you don't want to go through the portal, just bookmark:

http://twiki.wedgeblade.net/bin/view.cgi

The Portal is still a work in progress. I am always open for 
suggestions. Thanks to those who left comments. If you have links you 
think should be added to the Portal, let me know.
