Dear Joe,

Thank you for the pull-together of the early years of the Order. Awesome
memories for all of us, even if we weren't first-comers. 

We thank you and all who have gone before who dared to and committed to the
formation of our global band. 

We will reflect on it at our upcoming meeting and will draw strength and
courage for the future mission and shape of the Order.
