I'm finalizing the preliminary versions to prepare DVD 'masters' for replication (yes, that's the technical word!), which takes 11 days in Hollywood (where else? so they will be a real Hollywood product). Plan to have them Fedexed B4 I leave for Junaluska. So the answer is, we'll take your orders and can screen my copies there, but the replicated copies will be mailed from Montreal in December.

These are "Limited Edition" DVD's, which means we're replicating a limited number, and once they're gone, they're gone. First come, first served. So get your name on the list today (and order extra copies for Christmas gift-giving) by pre-ordering at http://www.icai-members.org/store/store-dvd.htm. Additional copies are just $19.95 each for ICAI members.
And don't forget to ask for the 'O:E' freebie: 'The Bold Community: Fifth City and The Ecumenical Institute.' Yes, there are shots of the Daily Office in the Bethany Seminary Chapel and breakfast collegium in the basement of Faculty West in 1965. And the sharp-eyed among us can spot Anne Filipski among the students painting the railings during Summer '65. You'll see Pat Scott, Aimee Hilliard, Joe Pierce, Lyn Mathews, David McCleskey, Rick Loudermilk, Frank Hilliard, Ruth Marshall, and a lot more of us in our youth. Not to mention Joe Mathews in 1965 and in 1973 at the 'Decade of Miracles' event when Hizzoner took home the Fifth City Iron Man statue. All in glorious black and white!

Will we be able to get these DVDs at Junaluska?

There are two "Limited Edition" DVD's that you can order if you get your name on the list now, and these together represent the expenditure of thousands of us who were never named or captured on film or videotape.
...that's the best I could do within the obvious limits of this DVD project. There needs to be a lot more work on documentation and creating different ways to record, honor, and write the history of our expenditure, but that's a dimension of developing and accessing the Archives, and it's way bigger than two DVD's, the Golden Pathways CD, and the digital Directory.
But for starters, you should really have all four of these little round plastic discs. Get 'em while they're hot!
