Apologies-- date correction. The Congo trip and
subsequent symbolizing of the establishing of the
Order was in early 1964 rather than 1966 (or possibly
late 1963 rather than 1965, as I initially reported. 

Apologies again -- I didn't realize that Charles had
already sent this info in response to Paul Schrijnen's
email.
