[Oe List ...] Looking for a Document

I don't have this document.  I think, however, that there were several such, produced, if I am not mistaken, based on some sort of federal grant that may have been located in 5th City and connected with George Walters -- the start of these was to produce ones on each of the 9 programs -- there was one on local commerce, another, I think, on local industry.
   
  It would be interesting to find this  . . . sorry I cannot be of more assistance
