Ah Charles, you see through to the spirit of the flow of energy happening accross this community.

Thank you.

And yes, isn't it fine how some of us, me in Angola today, others elsewhere across the planet are humming tunes as a contemplation of our own and David's journey..

And others getting engaged, typing,? sending, ?printing, and most of all, humming and singing these reflections on the journey each one of us is on today.

Paul

To all the thousands who have written or read and sung this dialogue,

?

Jim Wiegel has the ability to enliven and shake up the world.? I am amazed that he has not come under federal charges for clogging the internet.? What a wonderful swirl of activity has issued from his innocent comment about humming a tune.? It has made?the Order?community come alive and productive.? We are all so eager to receive the product of all this creativity.? I can just see songfests happening all across the world and prople attempting to record them and get them on CD's.?? Jim, I look forward to your next musing.

?

Grace and Peace to all

Charles Hahn

Dear Friends,?

I love all of this sharing about OUR Order SONGS! ?And want to have a copy of whatever comes from the energy that is building.

Here in our cohousing community of SONGAIA, we sing many of the Order songs. ?They have taken on a life of their own over the past 20 years. ?Some of them are:

1) New Community Bound - this has become our "signature song". ?We sing it at every chance we get whether in our own community or while visiting others. ?All of us including the children have the words to memory!

2) Rainbow Trails

3) Love Songs are the ones we sing around Valentines Day

4) Harambee, and others

The singing we shared in the Order, along with with the mantras and quotes that became part of our common memory changed and are sustaining our lives. ?We are so grateful for our common memory and each of you. ?Remember that you are loved,?

Nancy

Hi Everyone,
Some of us will be at the pre-conference event in Troy on 9/20, including Janice Ulangca (our resident musician).

If we decide to make an initial recording of 20 songs, WHAT ARE THE 20 SONGS YOU WOULD SUGGEST?

Grace & Peace, Ellen Howie

Colleagues --

?? Several people have expressed interest in a hard copy of the Song Book. However, I note that an electronic version is available. Perhaps, that is a better answer to our need??How do we go about getting it?

??? Jim Weigle suggested the need to put all of our songs on audio-file. I believe this is a crucial activity, because so many of the song tunes?will be lost to memory, in particular the Human Development Songs, if this is not done.

??? Where is Jean Long when we need her?
