How many pages are we talking about with this book?

A 200 page, 8.5"x11" songbook with a plasticoil binding and color  
covers costs $8.53 to "manufacture" at lulu.com and can be shipped  
directly to anyone anywhere. The unit cost goes down a bit if we order  
more than 25 at one time. Shipping cost depends on the weight and  
shipping address.

Just an option to consider.
