    This songbook is 74 pages (148 front and back). If you'll take care of 
the "manufacturing," I'll send a photocopy to you by US Mail, and you can 
take it from there. To date, seven people have requested copies.
    Do you want it in single pages, or do you want it printed front and 
back?

How many pages are we talking about with this book?

A 200 page, 8.5"x11" songbook with a plasticoil binding and color
covers costs $8.53 to "manufacture" at lulu.com and can be shipped
directly to anyone anywhere. The unit cost goes down a bit if we order
more than 25 at one time. Shipping cost depends on the weight and
shipping address.

Just an option to consider.
