Conna Shropshire emailed me the following information.

The service will be this Saturday at 5:00 p.m at the Church of the  
Open Arms, at 3131 N. Pennsylvania, Oklahoma City.

I am doing the eulogy for David, so if there are things you would like  
to share with me regarding his life and work please send them to me at  
<icabombay at igc.org>.

I would hope that someone in our community will make sure that LiDona  
knows of the situation.
