[Oe List ...] Cabaret lyrics?

Does ANYONE have access to the re-written lyrics to CABARET that date to a performance first seen at the Chicago: South Religious House in the summer of (I believe) 1972?
 
The rewrite that became 'The Earth Belongs to All' is accessible. I'm wondering just what became of the rest of the work. I remember John Tresise singing, and also Justine Moriarty performing (complete with black fishnet stockings and black bowler hat). Anybody remember the rest of the cast?
