    The cost of reproducing this 74 page book with about 250 songs, is $22.00 and includes postage. Mailing the document to Australia will be $27.00.

    If there are others who want a copy too, this is the time to send me a check. THE CLOSING DATE IS SEPTEMBER 15TH.
    This book has a plastic spring binding, and plastic covers. An deep blue undercover picks up the original title. This will make it easy to use, and, welll . . . you know (use the 4-letter "C" word). 
    Others report it can be produced cheaper, but there is no interest is picking up the work. So, what it costs, it what you gets.
