[Oe List ...] FW: Binkley Sermon February 10

I am glad that many you have found Denise Cumbee Long's sermons meaningful.
I will from time to time pass on a sermon of hers that I find to be
especially good.

She is the interim minister at my church. I wish she would be the permanent
minister but that is not to be. Prior to serving as our interim minister she
worked in farm worker ministries with the North Carolina Council of
Churches. Her undergraduate degree is in literature and it shows. She has a
law degree as well as a divinity degree. Her husband is a UCC minister and
serves a church in Raleigh, NC.

Thank you for sharing the sermon, Herman.

A friend once gave me an exercise that has served me well. At the beginning
of the day when I check my engagements in my day-timer. I jot a reminder:

"Wherever I remember You,
      There You are."

No drum rolls but it helps.

Len
