See messages below. My heart is too full to write more now, but I will be a conduit for further information from the family.

These were all yesterday (the last came first).

To the most amazing group of caring people, Kay's Care Bears,
I am writing to let you know that our beloved friend has passed from this
life today at about 3:15pm. Dan & Parry and her caretaker were with her.
My understanding is that it was a very quiet and peaceful leave. Steve was
boarding a plane to come to Denver just as she left us. Mary Warren is on
her way. I know that we will all mourn and miss her, yet all the same time
we will rejoice in all that we have learned and experienced in our relationships with her. Seeing all of you love and support Kay has been a gift of light for my work weary faith and so I thank you for all your caring
as well.

with love always,
Meg Paccione
