Dear Colleagues,
Our journey with Kay was very special. Each year we looked forward to
reading her Christmas greetings to us. She had lived in Australia, so felt
that this country was also a part of her being.
We will be lighting our candle at the time of her Service tomorrow, and we
rejoice that she lived such a gracious life, and came through so many
difficult times. From 2 Corinthians 6: 4-10, we read: " Never far from
death yet here we are alive, always 'going through it' yet never 'going
under. ' "
Our loving greetings to Mary Warren, and Kay's beloved children and their
families.
Grace and peace,
Isobel Bishop.

>> Dearest Care Bears -
>>
>> For so many months you have held and sustained Kay in a web of love.
>> Dan, I and the kids have been enveloped in it too.
>>
>> Her condition has changed profoundly in less than 24 hours. She is in a
>> semi-conscious state but pulling away from this world fast. Nurse Mary
>> and the hospice doctor were just here and believe that she may die any
>> time now or maybe in a few days.
>>
>> Steve and Mary Warren will be coming on the next possible plane.
>>
>> I am really not sure what to say.
>>
>> The hospice folks recommended that we keep her space very quiet and
>> not to have alot of visitors. Yet it seems to me Kay would not mind
>> a quiet vigil by those of us who love her.
>>
>> For sure, it would be good if you could hold Kay in your hearts.
>> Light a candle.
>>
>> I will keep you posted.
>>
>> Love, Parry
