[Oe List ...] Audrey Ayres Celebration

Dear Alice and Jim,
Thanks you very much for sending these photos- it helped make me feel as if I had attended the Celebration of a wonderful and courageous spirit woman. 
I had a trip to the Other World as I  looked at the photos of those dear  familiar faces from my years in the Order Ecumenical......

  Following are a few pictures from the celebration of Audrey Ayres life on Saturday, June 21, in Naperville, Illinois.  Those in attendance that many of you would know were: 

  Carol Pierce, Rosemary Albright, Jim Troxel, Pam Bergdahl, Judy and Norm Lindblad, 
  Jim and Alice Baumbach, Ruth Carter and Joyce Jordan. 

  It was a glorious celebration! We particularly thought of all of you when we sang "/Obedience/" to the tune of "/Joyful/, /Joyful/" -Beethoven's Ninth Symphony.  (From Alice & Jim Baumbach)

  Martha Ayres with one of Audrey's brothers (4 weeks after heart surgery--2nd brother still recovering from a different heart surgery and not able to attend)

  Michael Ayres with friend Jean.  (Michael did a musical tribute to his mother, "/Requiem for Those Left Behind./")

  (Ruth Carter (no picture) also did a spirited reflection. Ruth's daughter, Regina, sang a beautiful song she had written.)
