Lois and Family,
Blessings to you all and especially to David in this final stage of life. We
are grateful for his courageous willingness to venture out beyond the norm
and stake out perspective where most of us had never thought. We are
grateful for his and David Rebstock's constant reminders of the thinking of
the Jesus Seminar. We are grateful as well for your loving care.

David Zollars is dealing with very aggressive colon cancer and is the final
stage of his life journey.  Our family has met with the Dr.  and made some
hard decisions, but we are all on the "same page".   We are now in the stage
of comfort and care only.  Dr.s feel they have done all that can reasonably
be done and we are opting not to put him thru more procedures.  The outcome
is inevitable, and to do more would be selfish on our part.    We have been
very lucky to have had 50 great years of marriage and have three wonderful
children and their families, including 5 grandchildren!!!
