Dear David and Lois,

Healing love and energy are coming to both of you and all your gathered 
family from the color-bursting mountains of Western North Carolina, the 
place of our last meeting. Ever since we received this message about 
David's new stage on his life journey, we have been remembering and 
sharing such wonderful memories of our times together as intern families 
on Chicago's west side.  We are deeply grateful for David 's presence in 
our lives, both then and now.  We have greatly enjoyed and appreciated 
the inspirational work of both Marcus Borg and Bishop Spong which David 
has kept before us over the years.  Blessings on you, dear ones, as you 
continue this sacred journey together.
