A preface to all of  you non-Americans: Thank you for your forbearance as we 
gnash our teeth over  the mess we have made.


We don't need any forbearance, dear Americans, 
 
I hear Democracy at work rather than teeth gnashing. Democracy is messy,  not 
having it a lot worse. The quality of the transparency of the messiness the  
US makes of it is astounding and helpful. 
 
I show Barack Obama videos to managers here in Nigeria to illustrate points  
of leadership. He is important to a lot of people.
