[Oe List ...] Another Perspective

Dear Colleagues,

Not so fast! To try and compare our current situation with 29 is a
fallacy (bank failures, mortgage failures, etc.). We live in totally
different times with a global economy and much more powerful forces at
work. We are in a much more chaotic time, by that I mean the number
of factors that can affect any situation and the complexity are so
much more that we don't know where in the world, or what in the world
will tip things. Secondly, if you haven't watched the chapters on <http://www.chrismartenson.com
 > please do so. You will see that we are living in "hockey stick"
times. That is, all the curves that affect our lives are in the
exponential part of the curves. We are heading up rapidly on every
curve that matters and when they all interact there is no telling what
the result will be except that we are headed for monumental change. I
defy anyone to look at the present statistics and project what will
happen. The intersections of the Economy, Energy and Environment have
never happened before. So before we calm down and say the sky isn't
falling, let's get a clear picture of what is and is not holding up
the sky these days.

G&P,

Jack
