The booklet I helped put together for the Ford Foundation while with ICA Kenya is called Development by the People, a case Study of the Work of the ICA in Machakos. We actaully hired a lady from the University of Nairobi, Waithira Gikonya, to write it but myself and a couple of volunteer did a total re-write. It is only 20 pages. I may have the only copy.
