Hey, Dick. How are you? What's up?

Is this little booklet that you mention something that should be  
available? Do you hold the copyright? If there is only one book and  
only a few people want a copy, want me to prepare a little PDF file  
that could be used to print (or copy) a book 'on demand?' Sounds like  
a good little project for a boring weekend.
