Mr. Lingo, dear colleague,  regrettably, I will not be able to attend the retreat you are guiding with your daughter.  Dick will not be ready to be on his own by then. The plan was that he would drive and go visit his cousin north of Atlanta for the weekend.  I can no longer drive that far alone, either.  There being a divine purpose in everything, I do wish you great success in this wondrous event held by father and daughter.
