[Oe List ...] LIGHTEN UP

Looks like Rod decided the list-serve should LIGHTEN UP! Actually
David Dunn did so when he turned the list-serve into a recipe sharing
network. I'll give that a Go.
A Breakfast full of fibre and colesterol-lowering ingredients:
GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS
6 cups rolled oats (old fashioned)
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup whole-ground barley
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon anise powder
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
PROCEDURE
1. Combine and mix the dry ingredients, and spices in mixing bowl.
In a second container (pyrex measuring cup) combine the oil, honey,
and water. Heat 1 minute in Microwave. Stir to mix well.
2. Add liquid to the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
4. Bake at 200-225o for 20 minutes. Turn over from the edges once at
10 minutes.
