Dear Colleagues,

I am with Kevin Balm in India as we are working together with a  
company here.  Just a few minutes ago (1 AM EST) he received news of  
the death of his brother Desmond.  Desmond had received a kidney  
transplant on Sunday and seemed to be doing alright with the operation  
declared a success.  No details have been shared, but obviously  
something happened over the next couple of days.  No details on  
funeral arrangements are available yet.  Kevin has made arrangements  
to return to Thailand immediately and directly on to Perth to be with
