Thanks David!
	A few years ago I took off 50 lbs. One of 
my regular breakfasts was oatmeal (regular, not 
instant), cooked with cinnamon and mixed berries, 
but no sugar. I cooked the oatmeal in nonfat 
milk, not water.
	I think one could easily cut back the 
amount of brown sugar in the recipe, and it would 
still be yummy. Adding walnuts or pecans, apples 
or berries would add both texture and taste.
	We could do a PSU on this and report back. :-)
