    The consensus of about 6 emails from colleagues is that this is a part of CS IIIA, the introduction written by Gene Marshall for the Male Lecture. I'll see what I have. One person noted the following: Check CSIIIa on Golden Pathways in Repository. Do you have access to this? 
    If you find it let me know. It will be next week before I'll can get into my archive closet.
