  Marianna,

  Please send it to me also.  I want to compare it to what I did at my two sons weddings.  i'll try to find mine and share also. Asking more serious questions and claiming promises cuts over against some of the casual attitude (I know I'm not saying that right)  that tends to go on at rehearsal dinners.  I remember that some of the best responses that I got were from people who were on theri second marriage or grand parents who had a lifetime of experience.

     I have the construct for both the Congregational Wedding Dinner Conversation and the Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner.(family and close friends) I can copy and send to you if needed.
