A short word.

I agree, "facilitation" is not the mission.  The cop last night facilitated the two drivers on the floating bridge to a safe place and made easier what otherwise could have been a worse mess that is was already.  Facilitation could mean anything.  To equate LENS with facilitation is a mistake.  Some have tried to do that and dumbed down LENS to a set of facilitation methods.  LENS was never intended to be a launching pad for all sorts of cutezee facilitation tricks any more than the Design Conference was intended to do anything other than to get a decision to do a LENS.  To say LENS is facilitation is like saying RS-1 is a course on religion.  We were after the responsible few in every society to stand up and grab hold of the future.
