Very interesting, especially considering what could be meant by "sustainable" or "unsustainable." Perhaps the question is what do we need "now" and how to we work to make what we need "work." If you Google the phrase "canadian health system unsustainable" you will get several sources including this one, an article in the Toronto paper. I'm sure there is controversy regarding these assertions in Canada, but they are being made by some.
