Great to hear you, Paul. I would love to hear some voices from those who don't live in the U.S. to get your perspectives on health care systems and how well they do and don't work.

And I wonder if the crux of the matter lies in the failure of individuals and communities to do so. The NHS in the UK is massive and is being managed. The word 'unwieldy' gives me difficulties, because obviously there are huge management problems with the NHS. As in any large organisation, or small family for that matter.
Does one choose to develop some skill at managing these problems? Or does a society give up on the notion that excellent health care should be available to all?
