[Oe List ...] An excellent article on Health Care costs

I've been in El Paso since 1980 - and in health care activities here since
the early '90's.  It's interesting that the author asked the question of
'why is El Paso not like McAllen.'  We've had some conversations here about
that - same demographics, and some of the same tendencies to those patterns,
but it hasn't developed that way yet.
