[Oe List ...] [Dialogue] some proposals for real healthcarereform

I am sure many of you remember my dear friend and now neighbor, Edith Byers.? Edith is a valuable remember of a very progressive church, Asbury United Methodist Church in Phoenix.?The pastor there is one of the persons responsible for Living the?Questions, Saving Jesus for the Third Millenian curriculum that many churches are using these days.? ?For her 60th birthday, Edith took a pilgrimage to the Iona Community in Scotland and was very appreciative of her experience there.? Our story?was that early in our history members of the Order visited there to get formation ideas for our community.? Today at Asbury UMC two people (Tex Sample and his wife for those who might know them) told about a recent trip they took to Iona.? They participated in their worship twice a day and at every worship?service the congregation?prayed that health care in the United States would be passed so that people would be cared for.? Now there is something to think about.?? Joan Knutson
