[Oe List ...] Tales of Iona

How truly wonderful!!  Phyllis and I have done three pilgrimages to Iona 
each a life changing experience.

To refresh your memory, the family order that is the Iona Community is the 
group that brought the Order to Scotland.  Elaine, Matt, and I were 
assigned to the Glasgow House in '73 but never got out to the island.  I 
swore someday I would get there and we did in 2000.

If you plan to go there, do stay for at least a week and be a part of their 
Order life. It is a peace and justice order as well as having about the 
most contemporary set of worship practices in the book.
