[Oe List ...] Pentagon model about what released energy

Hello colleagues.

I need some common memory help.

What were the five points of the model we used to name things that  
release energy? and what did we call the model?

I can think of three and maybe four of the points:

- intensified engagement
- functional eptitude
- historical time
- primal community [?]
- ?

Can anyone clarify, correct or add?
