JWM gave a lecture to the Guardians in 1975 (Golden Pathways) in which  
the pentagon had the following five area.

Profound Awakenment
Primal Community
Transrational Training
Profound Engagement
Transparent Prowess

Or are you looking for the five areas that are associated with our  
methods  (3X5)?
