[Oe List ...] Loss of a Great Global Colleague

Dear all

We were so shocked and sad to hear of Jon's death.  We were always so 
impressed with his intellectual and spirit energy.  We are very 
grateful to him and Maureen for making so much accessible of ICA's 
wisdom to the world, Other World, Social Process, The Nine 
Disciplines and so much more.  We are very sorry that he left the 
world so early in a time when people of his spirit are so needed.
When we heard the news, we thought of this quote from George Bernard 
Shaw, which seems to be about the way he lived.

This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized 
by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you 
are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of 
a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining 
that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.
