Hi Ellie,
There have been few times in my life that I have been in complete awe upon completing reading a poem.  In Memorium---Aprayer for the Journey is one of those events.  It is fantastic---catapults one into the Other World.  Thank you so much for sharing it.  Your context was awefilling as well.
Did your write this poem?  If so, keep writing.  If not, who did.
Thanks again,
Grace and Peace,
Charles

Subject: [Oe List ...] In Memorium ~ A Prayer for the Journey

Dear Listserve Friends and Colleagues ~

Over the years we have said many goodbyes to Spirit Colleagues who have died on the march--some of whom we knew well and for many years, some with whom we have worked, some whom we have only seen across a crowded Great Hall, some whom we have never met personally but know as one linked arm and arm, heart and heart as part of the Order, Ecumenical Institute, ICA and/or larger Spirit Movement, some we have come to know through this listserve.

Words are often hard to come by at the time of the announcement of death.  So belatedly for some and timely for others, attached is a prayer written with thoughts of and in memorium of those to whom we have said good-bye and in presence with loved ones and all who mourn their loss and celebrate the gift of their lives.

Grace and peace,
Ellie Stock
