[Oe List ...] Our Legacy: Next Steps?

Community, I think, is just a by-product. Similar to happiness. You don't
get either one trying to get it. It happens because of pouring yourself out
for others.

The fifth Bailey must be the empty bottle at 5 a.m. we add into the coffee
while producing something in the printshop for the morning collegium!

So, what jumps out for you as you stare at Guernica Two?

Now, if we could get Bill Salmon to get a poster printed . . .

Seriously, the Order in diaspora might just intuitively sense that indeed
COMMUNITY is at the core of humanity's essence and survival, and experiments
like Songaia et al might just have something meaningful to say as an
offshoot of our Order legacy, and a prophetic witness that Fifth cities are
not primarily about economic growth or even broadened citizens'
participation but of communal memory, ritual and cohesiveness. Going by
this listserv, we might even actually miss each other, warts, wonders and
all! What is a religious cock?

Good work, Jim.

I love what you are dong, Gordon . . . Hope to connect with this ICA 50th
story series.

Not a gestalt, but I took all the entries and ran them through a word cloud
generator -- roughly matches font size with the frequency with which a word
or term is mentioned. Can you put this on the web site?

Jim Wiegel

Jim --

Thanks, Jim--I'll give it a shot. In the meantime, let's try attaching it
here.

Never heard of a word cloud generator before, however. Is it similar in
size to those large emergency power generators I see outside some people's
homes?

Gordon
