I remember Hubert at Westside simultaneously on maintenance duty and E.G. So
I remember seeing Hubert going to work on the boiler with 2 year olds each
carrying a tool walking in single line fashion behind him. Hubert was a
friend to my husband, David, and indeed to me. And he was our daughter,
Catherine's, godfather. Catherine was baptized at Westside in a 3-some
ceremony along with the Whitney's son and Lela Woltjer. God bless Hubert's
soul and my love to Kay and Dara, Ann Shafer

We join colleagues around the world in celebrating the completed life of
Hubert Fulkerson. Of course every life is "unique and unrepeatable," but
Hubert gave those words new meaning. He made a lasting impression and his
presence was a living testimony to the Word of possibility in every
situation. We count it a priviledge to have known him, though only in
Chicago.
