There is certainly no problem in using them but, as with all intellectual work, it is appropriate to provide a reference indicating their source. On the wall immediately outside of my office hangs an original printing of the Social Process Triangles. These words boldly appear in the corner: "Copyright (c) 1971 by The Institute of Cultural Affairs, Inc." When the triangles are used in any publication, please provide a reference. While I like the Pricilla Wilson's approach, "giving credit to the international research of the Institute of Cultural Affairs," I would also add the year, 1971.
