Dear Herman,
In the early 90s a group working on archives met with Lyn Mathews  
around copyright questions beginning to
emerge, and there was a consensus at that time that materials created  
before Dec. 1988 in EI/ICA were in
the public domain .  The Golden Pathways cd was created out of that  
event.
