[Oe List ...] Death of Inga Bessin

I'm grateful for the time I was able to spend with Inga at the 
wonderful 2004  ICAI Conference she and our Guatemala colleagues 
hosted.  Even though her health was not good at that time her spirit 
was strong!  She will be missed and remembered by many.
