[Oe List ...] "Reflecting On the Dream"

This afternoon the pastor of my UMC church, Pam Fine, invited some of 
us to join in at the First UMC in Palo Alto, CA,  for their annual 
community/interfaith celebration of MLK Jr.s life. Joan Baez was the 
guest presenter. She told about her work with  Dr. Martin Luther King 
Jr., and sang several songs.

I am so glad I was able to go. What a great tribute the whole event 
was, and it tied in so well with our worship service this morning in 
Aptos.
